Here
are some frequently asked questions:
Q. What is the process to order a painting?
A. First, Ben will need a picture
of the person(s)/ pet(s) that you would like to be painted
along with your requirements (size, colours, style….)
then we will give you a quote. Once the order is placed,
Ben will do the painting and ship it out to you. It's
as simple as that!
Q. Do you post paintings just within the UK?
A. No! Ben ships paintings all over
the world, alot of his sales are in fact outside the UK.
Q. How long does shipping normally take?
A. Shipping times vary depending
on which country they are sent to. Within the UK postage
normally takes between 1 and 2 working days, Europe and
the rest of the world normally takes between 2 and 5 days
to ship.
Q. Are all your paintings done by hand?
A. Yes! ALL paintings are 100% hand
painted.
Q. I would like to order a bulk
amount of paintings, could you do a discount?
A. Yes, if you order more than one painting, a discount
can be arranged, the more ordered, the more discount!
Q. What sized canvases do you go
up to?
A. Ben normally doesnt do paintings on canvases any smaller
than 18"x24". The canvas sizes go up to around
the 60" mark, however, Ben has been known to do even
larger sizes in the past. If you have any specific sizes
in mind, Ben would work to them!
