Here
are some frequently asked questions:
Q. What is the process to order a painting?
A. First, Ben will need a picture
of the person(s)/ pet(s) that you would like to be
painted along with your requirements (size, colours,
style….) then we will give you a quote if you dont
have a standard one already. A 20% advanced payment
is then required. Ben will then create the painting(s),
once it/ they are done, we will upload a photograph
to the site (or email it to you). You can then see
if there are any alterations needed. When finalized,
the painting(s) are shipped out to you. It's as simple
as that!
Q. Do you post paintings just within the UK?
A. No! We ship paintings all
over the world.
Q. How long does shipping normally take?
A. Shipping times vary depending
on which country they are sent to. Within the UK postage
normally takes between 1 and 2 working days, Europe
and the rest of the world normally takes between 2
and 4 days to ship.
Q. Are all these paintings done by hand?
A.
Yes! ALL paintings are 100% hand painted originals.
Q. I would like to order a bulk
amount of paintings, could you do a discount?
A. Yes, if you order more than one painting, a discount
can be arranged, the more ordered, the more discount!
Q. I would like to offer Ben's services to my school
pupil's parents, instead of just photographs. Would
this be ok?
A.
Not a problem, in fact, for every order placed, the
scool will get a 10% cut!
Q.
What sized canvases do you go up to?
A. Ben normally doesnt do paintings on canvases any
smaller than 18"x20". The canvas sizes go
up to around the 60" mark, however, Ben has been
known to do even larger sizes in the past. If you
have any specific sizes in mind, Ben would work to
them!
Q.
I would like to commission a painting from Ben as
a gift to my mother but don't have too many ideas,
can you help me?
A.
Yes! Ben always goes out of his way to come up with
ideas for paintings, he will ask you a number of questions
about the person so that the character and spirit
comes out in the paintings.
