Here
are some frequently asked questions:
Q. How long will you take to complete a painting if I
commission one from you?
A. Depending on the size, a painting
will normally take about 2 to 3 days to complete then
the painting is shipped straight from the studio.
Q. What is the process to order a painting?
A. First, I will need a picture
of the person(s)/ pet(s) that you would like to be painted
along with your requirements (size, colours, style….)
then I will give you a quote. Once the order is placed,
I will do the painting and ship it out to you. It's as
simple as that.
Q. Do you ship paintings just in the UK?
A. No! I ship paintings all over
the world, most of my sales are outside the UK.
Q. How long does shipping normally take?
A. Shipping times vary depending
on which country they are sent to. Within the UK postage
normally takes between 1 and 3 working days, Europe and
the rest of the world normally takes between 2 and 5 days
to ship.
Q. Are all your paintings done by hand?
A. Yes! ALL paintings are 100% hand
painted.
Q. I would like to order a bulk
amount of paintings, could you do a discount?
A. Yes, if you order more than one painting, I do a discount,
the more ordered, the more discount!
Q. What sized canvases do you go
up to?
A. I normally dont go any smaller than 18"x20"
canvases and go up to canvases around the 60" mark,
however, I have been known to do even larger sizes in
the past. If you have any specific sizes in mind,
I can work to them!
